Notice for Course Advising & Registration for Newly Admitted CSE/Data Science Students:

FALL 2023

This is to inform all newly students (admitted in Fall 2023 Trimester, 233 batch) of BSc. in
CSE (BSCSE) and BSc. In Data Science (BSDS) that Course Advising & Registration for FALL
2023 Trimester will take place from September 18, 2023 (Monday) to September 20, 2023
(Wednesday).

All newly admitted students will be able to do their self-registration from September 18,
2023 (Monday) to September 20, 2023 (Wednesday).

Before doing registration, the students will have to pay an amount of Tk. 15,000/- as partial
payment of tuition fees (except admission fee + ID caution fee) to complete their
registration on or before September 20, 2023 (Wednesday). After paying Tk. 15,000/- they
will be allowed to complete their course registration by themselves through UCAM (self-
registration).

Credit Transfer/Course Waiver/ English medium students (obtained ‘B’ grade in English
subject in O level exam) advised to contact CSE along with mark sheets/transcripts.

For any query, please contact the CSE Department from Monday to Wednesday
(9.30 AM–3.30 PM) in Room # 412 & 416 (4 th floor).
For any technical problem, please contact the CITS Department, Room # 525 (5 th floor)
